Pink Tea Shortbread Cookies & Almond Milk Pink Tea Latte

Danica’s delicious Pink Tea cookies are the ultimate on-the-run breakfast / midday snack that will truly satisfy your taste buds!
To make 10-12 cookies;
100g coconut oil
3 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp Pink Tea
Perfectly paired with a Pink Tea Latte;
250 ml almond milk
1 Tbsp pink tea
Heat milk and stir in tea
1)Grind your oats into a flour in your food processor and set aside.
2)Next add your coconut oil and honey together with an electric beater or food processor.
It will have a soft pillowy look about it.
3)Add your ground oats and mix till it starts to make a dough. Add your pink tea and keep mixing until it fully comes together
4)Roll into balls and place on a cool baking sheet and push down slightly with a fork.
5)Pre heat oven to 180c/350f* Bake for 15 minutes or till golden brown. Allow to cool on a wire rack before eating.
Sprinkle a little more Pink Tea on top..
