Next time your reaching into the freezer for a pint of Chunky Monkey, whip up a delicious smoothie bowl instead.  A healthy alternative to traditional ice cream, Smoothie bowls are a fun, fresh way to get all your essential nutrients without sacrificing taste!

These smoothies tend to be thicker than the usual recipes and are served in a bowl, giving a bigger surface area to top with your favorite fresh fruit, granola & nuts. The combinations are endless, they’re super easy to make, and you’re able to pack in a heap of good wholefoods in one bowl. Making these the ideal breakfast or post work out meal.

Ingredients;

🌸 Two frozen bananas.
🌸 1/2 cup of raspberries.
🌸 2 tsp of @pinkteauk
🌸 2 T of Coyo
🌸 1/2 cup of almond milk

🌸 a slice of frozen pitaya

Simply add your ingredients to a blender and blend on low.
