Wild Berry Overnight Oats

Vegan and sugar-free recipe for Wild Berry Overnight Oats with a sprinkle of activated charcoal.

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp whole flax seeds
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 3/4 cup soy yogurt unsweetened
  • 1 cup wild berries
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • 1/4 tsp activated charcoal
  • 1/2 cup black berries
  • 1 tbsp Sukrin Gold
  • 1 banana
  • edible flowers


  1. Mix old-fashioned rolled oats with flax seeds, oat milk, soy yogurt and wild berries and refrigerate overnight.

  2. The next morning, sweeten to taste with Sukrin Gold or sweetener of choice depending on the sweetness of your berries.

  3. Transfer Overnight Oats to a bowl and top with banana slices, blackberries and edible flowers.

  4. Mix coconut flakes with activated charcoal and sprinkle on top of your banana slices.

  5. Enjoy with a warming Pink Tea Latte made with the milk of your choice!

Recipe Notes

You can substitute Sukrin Gold with a sweetener of choice.

Use fresh or defrosted berries.
